At FR Online Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide reliable and fast money transfer services. If a transaction cannot be completed, or if a cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe, we will process a refund in accordance with this policy.
- Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The money transfer has not yet been paid out to the receiver.
- The transaction was cancelled by you before the payout.
- The transaction was cancelled by us due to compliance, regulatory, or operational issues.
- An error occurred on our part (e.g., wrong recipient due to system error).
- Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be made in writing by sending email to admin@topupmagic.com
- You must provide:
- Transaction Reference Number
- Sender and Receiver’s full details including contact numbers
- Proof of identity
- Proof of bank transfer receipt
- Reason for the refund request
- Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day.
- Refunds will be credited back using the original payment account
- Refunds will not be credited to any other account
- Fees
- Service fees are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been processed, unless the error was caused by FR Online Services.
- Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued if:
- The recipient has already received the money.
- The transaction was delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., bank issues, regulatory delays).
- Fraudulent activities or false information were involved in the transaction.
- Compliance Checks
Refunds may be delayed if additional compliance checks are required by law. We may need to verify your identity again before issuing a refund.
- Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it violates any terms of service, local laws, or if fraud is suspected.
